{"id":424,"date":"2016-06-08T08:45:12","date_gmt":"2016-06-08T08:45:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/domzdravljahn.me\/eng\/?page_id=424"},"modified":"2016-06-08T19:42:20","modified_gmt":"2016-06-08T19:42:20","slug":"occupational-medicine-and-sport-medicine","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/domzdravljahn.me\/eng\/occupational-medicine-and-sport-medicine\/","title":{"rendered":"Occupational medicine and sport medicine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Clinic of occupational medicine is in the main building of the Health Center<\/p>\n<p>The system of health protection of employees and safety at work is standardized by set of regulations:<br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">&#8211; Law about protection at work (&#8220;Official Sheet Republic Montenegro&#8221; no. 79\/04)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">&#8211; Law about health protection (&#8220;Official Sheet Republic Montenegro&#8221; no. 39\/04)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">&#8211; Law about labor (&#8220;Official Sheet Republic Montenegro&#8221; no. 49\/08)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">&#8211; Law about pension and disability insurance (&#8220;Official Sheet Republic Montenegro&#8221;<br \/>\n   no. 54\/03)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">&#8211; Law about the environment (&#8220;Official Sheet Republic Montenegro&#8221; no. 48\/04)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>and supporting acts:<br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">&#8211; Regulations on the contents of the special measures of health care of employees<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">&#8211; Regulations on the procedure and risk assessment in the workplace<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">&#8211; Regulation on keeping records in the field of occupational safety<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">&#8211; Regulation on the manner and procedure for performing preliminary and periodic examination of workers<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The existing regulatory framework is just one of the preconditions for improving employees&#8217; health, safety, and to make progress in terms of reducing the incidence of occupational diseases and injuries at work.<\/p>\n<p>Priorities in occupational medicine are to promote a healthy working environment and a healthy workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Service occupational medicine of public health institution Health Center of Herceg-Novi in this order provides the following services:<br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">1. Systematically, preliminary, periodic control examination of employees with respect to sex, age and working conditions, the occurrence of occupational diseases, injuries at work and chronic illness<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">5. Giving advice about health, safety, hygiene of work, organization preservative<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">6. Overview of employees who must implement to protect against harmful factors, living and working environment<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">7. Organizing and administering first aid, emergency on-site and in the process of work<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">8. Assessment of working conditions at each workplace for the protection of occupational diseases<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">9. Needs assessment and referral of employees exposed to health risks at work, to tired and physically exhausted employees on health preventive active vacation, the early rehabilitation and monitoring of this vacation and rehabilitation<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"padding-left:15px;\">10.
