The rights of clients<\/strong><\/p>\n

Regardless of gender, marital status, financial opportunities, ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, any disability, sexual orientation or any other factor that from a young person can make the object of discrimination – young people as clients have …<\/p>\n

Right to information<\/strong><\/p>\n

Facilities distribute accurate and understandable information and provide education to young people regarding sexual and reproductive health and rights, especially for sexually transmitted diseases HIV \/ AIDS. Clients have a right to accurate information and that information obtained through counseling, educational activities and materials are understandable.<\/p>\n

Right to access<\/strong><\/p>\n

Facilities support the provision of a range of services to young people regarding sexual and reproductive health, including counseling and services related to sexually transmitted diseases, HIV \/ AIDS. Clients’ rights requires that all services are available and accessible to those in need, without discrimination or limitation. Access involves the accessibility, availability of service in a time that suits clients, reduce unnecessary medical, social and cultural barriers.<\/p>\n

Right to choice<\/strong><\/p>\n

Facilities provide young people to make free and informed decisions regarding their sexual and reproductive health, especially related to sexually transmitted diseases HIV \/ AIDS. Client’s right on choice includes the right to choose contraception, where to go, from whom to require advice regarding on family planning, and other information related to SRZ and services.<\/p>\n

Right to safety<\/p>\n

Facilities respect the standards, norms and protocols for each type of service for sexual and reproductive health, and have mechanisms to ensure that essence of standards does not conflict with national or international guidelines for the provision of these types of services. Client right to safety concerns the protection of the client from any negative effect of reproductive service, including contraception, and their mental or physical health.<\/p>\n

Right to privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Institution has a methods to ensure respect of the rights of a young man . The conversation between the client and service must be carried out in areas where a third party without the consent of the client, will not be able to hear the same. During the physical exam or some medical procedures, the entry must be forbidden.<\/p>\n

Right to confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n

Institution has procedures to ensure confidentiality and safety of informations related for young people. Right to confidentiality of information ensures that no unauthorized person shall not dispose of with informations, which client shared with the service provider.<\/p>\n

Right to dignity<\/strong><\/p>\n

Institution provides to all clients, regardless of gender, race, social status, education level or any other factor that could made them vulnerable, to being treated kindly and with respect. Client right to dignity refers to the way in which client is treated, ie, with care and respect.<\/p>\n

Right to comfort<\/strong><\/p>\n

Institutions have the space and environment that is comfortable for young people. Client right to comfort is related to the physical infrastructure and the environment in which the client feels comfortable.<\/p>\n

Right to an opinion<\/strong><\/p>\n

Institutions provide that suggestions of young people and their observations regarding the services they receive, acknowledge in order to develop and improve existing services. Client right to an opinion on the quality of service should be viewed positively with the aim of continuous monitoring, evolution and improvement of services.<\/p>\n

Right to continuing care<\/strong><\/p>\n

Institutions have special extensions of cooperation that guarantee the continuity to provide services to young people, particularly in relation to family planning and sexually transmitted diseases and HIV \/ AIDS. Client right to continuing care means getting services in service for as long as they need. The same applies for medicines.<\/p>\n
