Protector of Patients’ Rights

Based on Law about patient rights ( „Official Sheet Republic Montenegro„ number 40/2010) patient who is not satisfied with the health services or by health workers or other health institution may submit a complaint to protector of the rights of the patient. The complaint is submitted orally or in writing, a protector of the rights of the patient is obliged to, within three days determines all the circumstances and the essential facts concerning the allegations set out in the complaint and about that shall inform the complainant.
